Blueberry Crumble Pie

Adapted from Grandma's Best Loved Recipes

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3 tbsps granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 21 ozs blueberry pie filling
  • 1/3 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsps margarine
Preheat oven to 375. To prepare crust, combine crumbs, 1/4 cup margarine, and three tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Spread pie filling onto bottom of crust; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, remaining sugar, and remaining margarine. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake for 35 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and topping is browned.
