Banana Nut Smoothie

Adapted from

  • 1 whole banana, frozen
  • 8 ozs low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tbsps walnuts, chopped
Banana Nut Smoothie
Cut the frozen banana into four chunks and peel. In a blender container, combine bananas, yogurt, and walnuts. Blend on high for two minutes, or until smooth. Pour into glasses.
