Banana Berry Smoothie

Adapted from

  • 8 ozs low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 3 ozs fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 med banana
  • 3 tbsps granulated sugar
Banana Berry Smoothie
In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, banana, and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
