Bacon Tater Pizza

Adapted from General Mills, Inc.

  • 1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed
  • 6 ozs bacon slices, cooked
  • 6 ozs frozen hash browns, thawed and cooked
  • 2 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsps fat-free milk
Bacon Tater Pizza
Press thawed bread dough evenly into a jelly roll pan. Let rise according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Cool. Once the dough has risen, preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle bacon pieces, hash browns, and cheese evenly over top. In a liquid measure, combine eggs, salt, black pepper, and milk. Whisk until blended. Pour evenly over top pizza. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is browned and eggs are cooked.
