Crumble chicken into a 12-cup microwave dish. Add onions and bell peppers. Microwave on high for five minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in crushed tomatoes, beans, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for ten minutes, or until heated through. Stir and allow to a few minutes before serving. Top with crushed chips and cheese.
