All in One Gravy Loaf Casserole

Adapted from The Turkey Cookbook

  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, chopped fine
  • 12 ozs turkey gravy in jar, divided
  • 24 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 4 ozs bread crumbs
  • 2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
All in One Gravy Loaf Casserole
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook onions and celery until tender. Add turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add enough gravy until mixture is slightly moisened. Mix well. Place mixture into prepared pan. Place loaf pan in a larger baking sheet. Spread any remaining gravy evenly over top. Bake 45 minutes or heated through. Let loaf stand ten minutes before slicing.
