onions, chopped

celery, chopped fine

turkey gravy in jar, divided

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

bread crumbs

eggs, slightly beaten

poultry seasoning

1 tsp
salt

1/2 tsp
black pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook onions and celery until tender. Add turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add enough gravy until mixture is slightly moisened. Mix well. Place mixture into prepared pan. Place loaf pan in a larger baking sheet. Spread any remaining gravy evenly over top. Bake 45 minutes or heated through. Let loaf stand ten minutes before slicing.
