Turkey & Ham Salad

Adapted from Mommysavers

  • 8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 8 ozs turkey ham, cooked an cubed
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 3 ozs light mayonnaise
  • 3 ozs light sour cream
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, ham, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
