Colorful Tuna Pasta Salad

Adapted from

  • 12 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 8 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 ozs light mayonnaise
  • 4 ozs fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
Colorful Tuna Pasta Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon peel, and black pepper. Mix well. Stir in slightly cooled pasta, celery, carrots, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until combined. Chill several hours before serving.
