Chicken Tacos

Adapted from

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast halves skinless, cubed
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/4 ozs taco seasoning mix
  • 8 pcs taco shells
In a large skillet, cook chicken cubes, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix. Heat through. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each taco shell.
