Campbell's Chicken & Bean Chili

Adapted from Campbell's Favorite Recipes

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 1 c onions, chopped
  • 1 c bell peppers, chopped
  • 10 3/4 ozs tomato soup
  • 14 1/2 ozs canned diced tomatoes with mushrooms, undrained
  • 1/2 c water
  • 30 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Campbell's Chicken & Bean Chili
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer mixture to a 3 1/2-quart cooker. Add soup, tomatoes, water, beans, pizza seasoning, and salt. Cover and cook on high for four hours.
