fat-free milk

whole wheat bread slices, stale
Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Place crushed cereal in a shallow bowl; set aside. In another shallow bowl, combine egg, milk, cinnamon, and salt. Dip each side of bread quickly into egg mixture. Then, dip both sides into crushed cereal. Place each slice of bread onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
