Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add refried beans and salsa. Mix well and cook over low heat. Fill each center of burrito wraps with 3/4 cup chicken mixture. Roll up and place burritos into prepared pan. Sprinkle each with chilies, cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Bake for 30 minutes.
