Zesty Turkey & Rice

6 servings

2 c chicken broth 14 1/2 ozs stewed tomatoes 
1 tsp basil 2 c long-grain white rice, cooked 
1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 c no-salt-added canned peas, drained 
1/4 tsp pepper sauce 8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed 
In medium saucepan mix broth, basil, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce and tomatoes. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir in peas and turkey. Cover and cook five minutes more or until rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
