Vintner's Turkey Chili

1 c bell peppers, chopped 12 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed 
1 1/4 c onions, chopped 2 tbsps chili powder 
2 tsp garlic, minced 1 tsp cilantro 
1/2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp red pepper flakes 
30 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, undrained 1/2 tsp black pepper 
28 ozs canned crushed tomatoes  
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat cook bell peppers, onions, garlic in oil until tender. Add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer mixture, uncovered for 25 minutes.
