Velveeta Salsa Joe Sandwich

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  8  ozs  salsa 
1  cup  onions, chopped  8  whole  hamburger buns 
4  ozs  Velveeta Light Loaf, cut into pieces  
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until no longer pink. Add cheese pieces, and salsa. Cook on medium until cheese has melted and mixture is heated through; stirring frequently. Spoon onto bottom of buns.
