Vanilla Rich Chip Cake

18 1/4 ozs  yellow cake mix  1  tbsp  pure vanilla extract 
3  ozs  fat-free vanilla pudding mix  1  c  mini chocolate chips 
8  ozs  light sour cream     Glaze: 
1/2 c  cold water  1  c  powdered sugar 
2  whole  eggs  2  tbsps  water 
1/4 c  egg whites  1/2 tsp  pure vanilla extract 
2  tbsps  olive oil  
Preheat oven to 350. prepare a tube pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, water, eggs , egg whites, oil, and one tablespoon vanilla extract. Mix until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, water, and remaining vanilla extract in a small bowl. Mix until drizzling consistency.
