Two Bean Chili

Adapted from
12 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 1/4 tsp black pepper 
1 c onions, chopped 3 c canned tomato juice 
1 c bell peppers, chopped 16 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 
2 tbsps chili powder 15 ozs canned great northern beans, drained and rinsed 
1  tsp salt  
In a stockpot, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili powder, salt, black pepper, juice, and beans. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
