12 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed  2 c water 
1 5/8 ozs enchilada sauce mix 3/4 tsp salt 
12 ozs tomato paste  8 ozs No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked and drained 
Add turkey, enchilada sauce mix, tomato paste, water, and salt to a 3 1/2- slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for three hours. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
