Turkey Macaroni Salad

1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked 16 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, skinless 
1 1/2 c hard-boiled egg whites, cooked and chopped 1/2 tsp salt 
1 c celery, sliced 1/4 tsp black pepper 
2 c light mayonnaise  
Place cooked macaroni in a mixing bowl. Stir in egg whites, celery, mayonnaise, turkey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate two hours, or until ready to serve.
