Turkey & Ham Salad

8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed  3 ozs light sour cream 
8 ozs turkey ham, cooked an cubed  1 tbsp yellow mustard 
2 stalks celery, sliced  1 tbsp bottled lemon juice 
3 ozs light mayonnaise  1/4 tsp salt 
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, ham, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
