Traditional Sage Stuffing

Adapted from
16 servings

1 c light mayonnaise 1 c celery, sliced 
3/4 c water 1 c onions, chopped 
2 tsps poultry seasoning 4 ozs canned mushrooms, drained and sliced 
2 tsps sage 12 ozs unseasoned stuffing mix 
1 tsp salt 5 ozs low-fat bacon, cooked and crumbled 
1/2 tsp marjoram  
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, water, poultry seasoning, sage, marjoram, and salt. Mix well and set aside. In a large skillet, cook onions, celery, and mushrooms until tender. Add to mayonnaise mixture. Fold in stuffing mix and bacon crumbs. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
