Taco Bake

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless  1 c water 
1 c onions, chopped  1 1/4 ozs taco seasoning mix 
4 ozs canned green chiles, chopped  8 ozs elbow macaroni, uncooked 
15 ozs no-salt-added tomato sauce  1 c cheddar cheese, shredded 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and chiles until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, water, and taco seasoning mix. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer mixture to a 3 1/2-quart cooker. Stir in macaroni. Cover and cook on high for one hour, or until macaroni is done. In last 30 minutes top with cheese.
