Stuffed Chicken Burgers

5 servings

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  1/8 tsp  black pepper 
2  tbsps  onion soup mix  1/2 cup  bell peppers, chopped fine 
1/2 tsp  garlic powder  1/2 cup  mozzarella cheese, shredded 
1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce  5  whole  hamburger buns 
1/8 tsp  salt  
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, onion soup mix, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Shape mixture into ten thin patties. Spoon bell peppers and cheese evenly onto center of five patties. Top with remaining chicken patties and press edges firmly together. Cook burgers until cooked through on both sides.
