Streusel Coffee Cake

   Streusel:     Batter: 
1/3 cup  low-fat baking mix  2  cups  low-fat baking mix 
1/3 cup  light brown sugar, packed  2/3 cup  fat-free milk 
1  tsp  cinnamon  2  tbsps  granulated sugar 
2  tbsps  margarine  1  whole  egg 
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 9" round pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare streusel, combine 1/3 cup baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, and margarine in a small bowl until crumbly; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining baking mix, milk, sugar, and egg. Mix until moistened Spread evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle top evenly with reserved streusel. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
