Spicy Apple N Oats Loaves

18 1/4 ozs spice cake mix  3 whole eggs 
5 ozs dried cranberries  1 1/2 c sweetened applesauce 
1/2 c rolled oats  2 tbsps olive oil 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 8"x4" loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cranberries, and oats. Add eggs, applesauce, and oil. Mix well. Spread batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
