Sparkling Strawberry Float

16  ozs  frozen strawberries, thawed  1/2 cup  granulated sugar 
6  ozs  low-fat strawberry yogurt 7 ozs  strawberry sorbet 
1/2 cup  fat-free milk  
In a blender container, combine strawberries, yogurt, milk, and sugar. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top each glass with a scoop of strawberry sorbet.
