Slow Cooker Pumpkin Apple Dessert

21 ozs apple pie filling  1 tsp nutmeg 
2 c unbleached flour  1/4 tsp baking soda 
1 1/4 c light brown sugar, packed  3/4 c canned pumpkin 
2 tsps baking powder  3/4 c egg whites, slightly beaten 
2 tsps cinnamon  2 tbsps olive oil 
Prepare a 3 1/2-quart cooker with cooking spray. Spread the pie filling over bottom evenly; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in pumpkin, egg whites, and oil. Mix well. Pour over pie filling in cooker. Cover and cook on high for two hours and 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
