1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 
1 c onions, chopped 1/2 tsp salt 
1 c no-salt-added ketchup 1/8 tsp black pepper 
1/4 c water 8 whole wheat hamburger buns 
In a skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in ketchup, water, worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
