Saucy Turkey

1/2 cup  bell peppers, chopped  1  tsp  yellow mustard 
1/2 cup  onions, chopped  1/4 tsp  pepper sauce 
14  ozs  ketchup  1/4 tsp  black pepper 
1/2 cup  low sodium chicken broth  20  ozs  turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and shredded 
1 1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce  8  whole  hamburger buns 
In a large saucepan, cook bell peppers and onions until tender. Add ketchup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Add shredded turkey. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until heated through. Spoon half cup mixture onto each bun.
