Saucepan Stroganoff

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  6  ozs  wagon wheel pasta, uncooked 
1  c  water  1/2 tsp  salt 
16  ozs  salsa  4  ozs  light sour cream 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in water, salsa, pasta, salt, and sour cream. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer ten minutes, or until pasta is done; stirring occasionally.
