Santa Fe Chili

8 servings

1 1/2 lbs ground chicken breast skinless 1/4 tsp salt 
1 c onions, chopped 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 
1 tsp garlic, minced 15 ozs vegetarian chili with beans 
4 ozs canned green chiles, undrained and diced 14 1/2 ozs Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained 
1 tbsp chili powder  
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, garlic, and chilies, until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili powder, salt, red pepper, chili with beans, and tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
