Salsa Mac

8 servings

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  8  ozs  elbow macaroni, uncooked 
16  ozs  salsa  4  ozs  Velveeta Light Loaf, cut into pieces 
1 3/4 c  water  
In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for ten minutes, or until macaroni is cooked. Stir in cheese loaf pieces until melted and mixed in.
