Rice Instructions

Adapted from
6 servings

2 c water, boiled 1 c long-grain white rice, uncooked 
2 tsps salt  
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, about 10 minutes. Stir in salt. Then, add rice. Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with a fork. Serve with desired dish.
The above recipe is for 6 servings or 4 cups total.
