Ravioli Salad

Adapted from
6 servings

9 ozs frozen chicken ravioli, thawed 1 tbsp olive oil 
1 c bell peppers, chopped 1/2 c celery, sliced 
1/2 c light mayonnaise 1/2 c onions, chopped 
1/4 c fat-free milk 1/2 tsp salt 
3 tbsps yellow mustard 1/4 tsp black pepper 
Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, milk, mustard, oil, celery, onions, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until ravioli is well coated. Chill several hours before serving.
