Ravioli Bolognese

8 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast, skinless 8 ozs no-salt-added tomato sauce 
4 ozs mushrooms, sliced 1 c chicken broth 
1/2 c onions, chopped 1/4 tsp salt 
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 1/4 tsp black pepper 
26 pcs frozen cheese ravioli, thawed 1/4 tsp basil 
14 1/2 ozs stewed tomatoes, undrained 1/4 tsp oregano 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in thawed ravioli, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, basil, and oregano. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Then, simmer for ten minutes, or until desired tenderness of ravioli.
