Rapid Chili

8 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless  16 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 
1 c onions, chopped  26 ozs low-fat spaghetti sauce 
2 tbsps chili powder  1/4 tsp salt 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add chili powder, beans, spaghetti sauce, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
