Quick Turkey Stroganoff

16 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed  1 c light sour cream 
4 ozs canned mushrooms, drained  8 ozs No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked 
10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup  
In a large saucepan, combine turkey, mushrooms, and soup. Mix well and heat over medium heat. Cook until bubbly, stirring frequently. Add sour cream. Cook until heated thoroughly but not to a boil. Serve turkey mixture over cooked noodles.
