Pumpkin Pie Popcorn

1 c light brown sugar, packed 3 tbsps light margarine 
1/4 c corn syrup 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
1/4 c water 8 c air-popped popcorn 
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, margarine, and pumpkin pie spice. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat and gently boil, stirring occasionally, until a candy thermometer reaches 285. Gradually pour over popcorn, tossing to coat evenly. Spread out on a lightly prepared baking sheet. Cool and break into small pieces.
