Powdered Sugar Icing

1 c powdered sugar, sifted 1 tbsp fat-free milk 
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract  
In a small bowl, combine sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until drizzling consistency. Spread over cookies. Decorate as desired.
Yields: 1/2 cup (8 tablespoon servings).
