Pizza Dough Variations

1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed 1 1/2 tsps red pepper flakes 
Cheese Dough: Garlic Dough: 
4 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 tbsps garlic, minced 
Cornmeal Dough: Herb Dough: 
1 c cornmeal 1 tsp basil 
Crushed Red Pepper Dough: 1 tsp oregano 
To create tasty dough variations, just follow the directions for the frozen bread dough and add these extra ingredients as suggested: For Cheese Dough, add cheese while kneading dough. OR For Cornmeal Dough: Replace one cup flour for cornmeal. OR For Crushed Red Pepper Dough: Add crushed red pepper to flour and salt mixture. OR For Garlic Dough: Add minced garlic to flour and salt mixture. OR For Herb Dough: Add basil and oregano to flour and salt mixture.
