Picnic Macaroni Salad

8 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked and drained  1/2 c onions, chopped 
6 ozs Spam Lite luncheon meat, cubed  1/2 c light mayonnaise 
1 c celery, sliced  2 ozs pimientos in jar, diced and drained 
1/2 c sweet pickle relish  1 tbsp yellow mustard 
In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, luncheon meat, celery, pickle relish, onions, mayonnaise, pimientos, and mustard. Mix well. Place mixture in a bowl with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
