Peanut Butter Bonbons

Adapted from
50 servings

2 c peanut butter, melted  2 c crispy rice cereal 
1/2 c margarine, melted  8 ozs milk chocolate, OR white 
4 c powdered sugar, sifted  
In a large saucepan, melt peanut butter and margarine until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and cereal. Blend together with hands. Form into balls. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Place pan in hot water to maintain dipping consistency. Using tongs, dip balls into chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate bonbons until chocolate is firm.
