Peanut Butter Bonbons

Adapted from
50 servings

16 ozs peanut butter, melted 5 ozs crispy rice cereal, toasted 
1 c margarine, melted 12 ozs milk chocolate, OR white 
14 ozs powdered sugar  
In a large saucepan, melt peanut butter and margarine until smooth. On low heat, stir in powdered sugar and cereal. Remove from heat. Cool slightly and blend together with hands. Form into balls. Chill balls until firm. Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Place pan in hot water to maintain dipping consistency. Using tongs, dip balls into chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate bonbons until chocolate is firm.
