Peachy Keen Smoothie

3 servings

16  ozs  frozen sliced peaches, thawed  1/2 cup  granulated sugar 
6  ozs  peach yogurt  1/8 tsp  pure vanilla extract 
3/4 cup  fat-free milk  
In a blender container combine peaches, yogurt, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Yields: 3 - 12 ounce servings.
