Onion Sloppy Joes

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  1  c  no-salt-added ketchup 
1.25 ozs onion soup mix  2  tbsps  light brown sugar, packed 
1  c  water  8  whole  hamburger buns 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add soup mix, water, ketchup, and brown sugar. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, for eight minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
