| Crust: | | 8 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened | |
| 1 1/2 c chocolate graham crackers, crushed fine | | 14 ozs fat-free sweetened condensed milk | |
| 1/4 c light margarine, softened | | 16 pcs fudge mint cookies, coarsely crushed | |
| 3 tbsps granulated sugar | | 10 drops food coloring, green | |
| Filling: | | 8 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed | |
To prepare crust, combine crushed crackers, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for ten minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed cookies in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Fold in green food coloring and whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill for three hours before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
