Microwave Tacos

Adapted from
8 servings

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  8  whole  taco shells 
1/4 cup  water  4  ozs  cheddar cheese, shredded 
1 1/4 ozs  taco seasoning mix  4  ozs  iceberg lettuce, shredded 
Place chicken in a glass medium bowl. Microwave on high for four minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Mix well. Cover and microwave on high for two minutes or until heated through. Spoon into taco shells. Top each shell with cheese and lettuce.
