Microwave Chili Pronto

6 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless  6 ozs no-salt-added tomato paste 
1/2 c onions, chopped  1 tbsp chili powder 
15 1/2 ozs canned chili beans, undrained  1/2 tsp garlic powder 
14 1/2 ozs canned crushed tomatoes, undrained  1/8 tsp black pepper 
In a large glass bowl, microwave chicken and onions on high for five minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Break up any large pieces. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Microwave on high for two minutes longer. Reduce to medium and microwave for ten minutes, or until heated through.
