Microwave Apple Crisp

4  cups  Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced  3  tbsps  margarine 
2/3 cup  light brown sugar, packed  1  tsp  cinnamon 
2/3 cup  rolled oats  1  tsp  nutmeg 
1/2 cup  low-fat baking mix  
Arrange apple slices evenly into a 2-quart glass dish. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, baking mix, margarine, cinnamon, and nutmeg until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Microwave uncovered on high for eight minutes, rotating dish half turn after five minutes, or until apples are tender.
