Mexican Pasta Salad

8 servings

8  ozs  rotini pasta, cooked  4  ozs  green chilies, drained 
1 1/4 ozs  taco seasoning mix  1/2 cup  bell peppers, chopped 
8  ozs  light sour cream  1/2 cup  onions, chopped 
1/4 cup  water  5  ozs  salsa 
1  tbsp  white vinegar  4  ozs  cheddar cheese, shredded 
1/4 tsp  salt  
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, taco seasoning mix, sour cream, water, and vinegar. Mix well. Add bell peppers, onions, salsa, and cheese. Mix lightly until combined. Chill for several hours before serving.
