Memory Lane Milk Shake

6 servings

2 1/2 c low-fat vanilla ice cream, slightly softened 1 1/4 c fat-free milk 
2 c fresh strawberries, sliced and hulled 1/2 c granulated sugar 
In a food processor, combine ice cream, strawberries, milk, and sugar. Process until smooth. Then freeze mixture until thickened. Pour into tall glasses and top with additional strawberries if desired.
This shake is very thick.
